Lacrosse in Shanghai

We recently spent a sunny weekend in Shanghai filming a series of highlight videos for Lynx Shanghai, capturing the energy and development of athletes across their lacrosse program.

Over the course of the weekend, we produced five separate videos showcasing the different age groups that train with Lynx Shanghai. Each group brought its own unique atmosphere and pace to the field, from younger players building fundamentals to older athletes training at a much more competitive level.

Featured in this particular video is the U16 team — the oldest group within the program. Their sessions were fast-paced, physical, and highly coordinated, making for an exciting production environment both on and off the field. Our goal was to capture not only the intensity of the sport, but also the teamwork, focus, and discipline that define the players and coaching staff.

Sports content like this continues to be one of our favorite types of productions to work on — combining storytelling, movement, and authentic moments into videos that help teams and organizations showcase their culture and community.
